Anjelica Bryce Locklear of Cary and Jon Charles Cummings of Pembroke were married on Aug. 7 at the Biltmore Deerpark in Asheville. The Rev. Macil Duncan officiated.

The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Anthony Locklear of Cary and the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth Maynor of Pembroke and Mr. and Mrs. Curtis Locklear of Red Springs. She attended Apex High School and North Carolina State University. She works for MMI Public Relations in Cary.

The groom is the son of Jonathan Cummings of Pembroke and Peggy Hunt Cummings of Carthage and the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. Willard Cummings and Mr. and Mrs. Cleveland Hunt of Pembroke. He attended North Carolina School of Math and Science and North Carolina State University. He works for Physicians Pharmacy Alliance in Cary.

The maid of honor was Francesca Maynor Locklear. Bridesmaids were Erica Dellinger, Elicia Dellinger, Ashley Hammonds, Erica McMillan, and Christle Allen.

The best man was Jonathan Cummings. Groomsmen were Andy McMillan, Ben McMillan, Adam Bryant, and Kenneth Judd Maynor.

The flower girls were Perla Cummings and Jaylan Hunt. The ring bearer was Thomas Cummings.

Musicians were Christle Allen, Marcus Collins and Felecia Locklear.

The wedding director was Becca Stefan Knuth.

The reception was held at Biltmore Deerpark in Asheville.

A rehearsal dinner was held at S&W Steak and Wine Restaurant in Asheville.

Local showers were hosted by the staff of Brooks Museums Magnet Elementary School in Raleigh, friends of the bride from First Baptist Church in Cary, and family and friends in Pembroke.

The couple will reside in Raleigh.
